Aug 8, 2007: GT3 partners with G2 Switchworks to add
integrated ground transportation services to G2Agent.
Chicago, Ill. (August 8, 2007) -
G2 SwitchWorks Corp. today announced that it has signed an agreement with Ground Travel
Technology Team, Inc. (GT3) to provide G2Agent customers with access to GT3s executive
car service reservation system. This marks the first non-air supplier connection for G2
SwitchWorks as the company continues to enhance its multi-source content booking and
servicing solution for travel agencies.
With this deal, G2Agent will provide real-time web reservations across GT3s worldwide
car reservation network and integrate bookings into G2s Universal Record, which administers
multi-source travel reservations or PNRs. G2 currently integrates content across a variety
of distribution channels including its Private Network of carriers and the GDS of their
customers choice.
Travel agencies want a single point of access to all their content needs said Ellen Lee,
co-founder and Vice President Business Development for G2 SwitchWorks. Adding GT3 is an
example of how G2Agent has become the desktop of choice for agencies to gain control of their
booking sources while offering more services to better meet their clients needs.

ground transportation content through the nuTravel booking platform.

Feb 5, 2007: GT3 Officially Releases TranspoNet4.0 for
Affiliate-to-Affiliate Communications Supported by other Ground Service Back-Office
OEM Software Providers
HACKENSACK, NJ -
GT3 is pleased to announce the release of GT3s TranspoNet4.0 for their
Affiliate-to-Affiliate Communications Network. This network integrates with other
Ground Service Back-Office OEM Software Providers who have completed an interface
to the TranspoNet4.0 specification. The Back-Office OEM Provider industry-supported
Affiliate-to-Affiliate Communications Solution was released during this past weeks
LCT International Show held at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
This past May, many of the other Ground Service Back Office Software OEM Providers
wrote to the specified TranspoNet4.0 interface. Currently, GT3s Odyssey-II and
Trip Tracker have bi-directional Farm-IN and Farm-OUT capabilities. Aleph, Hudson Group,
FastTrak, Paragon, and Livery Coach have the Farm-In-Only capabilities, but are under
development to have TranspoNET4.0 bi-directional capability. Unified Livery Systems and
LMS are also under development at this time. GT3 had also created an ongoing incentive
and to reimbursement program to assist these software OEM providers for their software
development.
TranspoNet4.0 is a GT3 patented process that standardizes the seamless
communications of ground transportation reservations for both the Ground Transportation
Service Provider Industry and the Corporate Travel/Travel Agency Industry. TranspoNet4.0
has been in continuous production for over 10 years, and has successfully transmitted
millions of reservations annually.

Feb 2, 2007: GT3 Officially Releases the New Odyssey
Integrated Satellite GPS Trakker Solution
HACKENSACK, NJ -
GT3 is pleased to announce that the Odyssey-II Complete Back Office Management System
now has GPS integrated directly into its Dispatch Module. This solution was released
at this past weeks LCT International Show (from January 28th through the 30th)
held at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Now our clients have a reliable, Cingular-certified integrated GPS solution that
resides within their Odyssey-II System at their location, says GT3s VP of
Sales and Marketing, Randy Krasner. What makes this integrated solution different
from the many ASP hosted GPS solutions, continues Krasner, is that it is
less expensive per vehicle, and there is no duplicate data entry into another GPS
reporting system. He adds, The program and data information reside at the
clients location, and the Odyssey Integrated Satellite GPS Trakker can send a GPS
signal from once every 20 seconds to once every 10 minutes.
The Odyssey-II Integrated Satellite GPS Trakker Solution has been certified by
Cingular Wireless. GT3 is now a Cingular Wireless Dealer.

BostonCoach is not only one of the largest ground service providers in

continue to serve BostonCoach in a new and exciting way.
For the past 12 years, BostonCoach has utilized CARS, an earlier generation of
the GT3 flagship product Odyssey II , which is a complete back-office
management system for ground service providers.
The decision BostonCoach made to stick with GT3, adds Gemmell,

Jan 12, 2007: GT3 Announces Resignation of Apurva Patel
HACKENSACK, NJ - Ground Travel Technology Team (known as GT3),
the leading force in ground travel automation, announced that effective
January 19th, 2007, Apurva Patel will be resigning from his position as
Executive Chairman and Founder of the company. He remains a significant shareholder
in GT3, and friend to, the firm he founded in 1986 as Transponet, Inc., which has
grown into the preeminent provider of ground travel automation technology.
Mr. Patel feels that the timing of his departure is appropriate as GT3 has matured
in its business model and is on a firm footing to continue its growth under Bill
Gemmells leadership. Ive known Bill for over twelve years and hes
the right person to accelerate the business and take GT3 to the next level, Patel said.
Bill Gemmell, GT3s CEO announced that Mr. Patel is leaving
to pursue a variety of entrepreneurial interests and new technology within the
world of e-commerce, mobility and wireless technology. Giving up his day
to day responsibilities at GT3 will enable Apurva to focus his attention on new
horizons and he is looking forward to working on some very exciting strategic
initiatives. Mr. Patel will continue to maintain his close ties with the
company and will advise the company and several of its key clients on a consultative basis.
Apurva is a close friend with deep roots in the ground travel automation space.
He deserves much of the credit for the success of GT3 and positioning GT3 as the leading
technology provider in the industry, stated Bill Gemmell, who was named GT3 CEO in
