April 25, 2008:  TRAVELPORT GDS CONNECTS WITH GROUND TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY TEAM (GT3), PROVIDING WORLDSPAN-CONNECTED AGENTS IN THE U.S. WITH AUTOMATED GROUND TRAVEL BOOKING CAPABILITIES

HACKENSACK,NJ (April 25, 2008)  -  Ground Travel Technology Team, Inc. (GT3) announced today it is providing Travelport GDS and its Worldspan-connected travel agents in the U.S. with a fully-automated worldwide executive car service reservation system through a Worldspan-hosted solution. Travel agents using Worldspan by Travelport Resource Center can now access and book recognized executive car service providers and will earn commission for each net booking made. Top names in the ground transportation industry that can now be booked seamlessly include: Carey International, Empire/CLS Limousine, TriStar Worldwide Chauffeuring and World Limousine.

“Chauffeured car services are now accessible and bookable directly through the Worldspan system without requesting a customized scripting tool. This newly upgraded automated booking process will increase efficiency while bringing incremental revenue to our customers and we are delighted to offer this valuable tool ,” said Steve Diffley, group vice president, Travelport GDS, All Worldspan users in the U.S. will now be able to provide ground service offerings to their clients in a fully automated process.

March 17, 2008:  GT3 AND VTS TEAM UP TO DELIVER GPS-BASED LOCATION SERVICES THROUGH ODYSSEY™ SOFTWARE.

DEER PARK, NY (March 17, 2008)  -  Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS) and Ground Travel Technology Team, (GT3) today announced that they will work together to provide GT3 customers with a GPS tracking solution. VTS’ GPS location services will be integrated with GT3’s existing Odyssey™ executive car service reservation system. With the new GPS Tracker Module, Odyssey™ customers will be able to track the location of their cars in their Odyssey™ system, provide customers with real time vehicle location information, and store vehicle location history in the ride history.

Las Vegas, NV (March 17, 2008)  -  Ground Travel Technology Team, Inc. (GT3) and Livery Coach Software, L.L.C. today announced an integration agreement that will allow users of their respective systems to electronically send and receive ground travel reservations.

Using GT3’s TranspoNet™ protocol, Ground Transportation Service Providers who operate on the Livery Coach Software platform will have the capability of both sending and receiving Affiliate Reservations with users of GT3’s Odyssey platform. This connects two of the significant software platforms in the industry and should both enhance and simplify the ability of users of both products to more easily build and manage their Affiliate network businesses. With the announcement of the agreement, connectivity is expected to be completed between the two systems in the second quarter of 2008.
