Global Ground Automation, Inc. (GGA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rearden Commerce) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Event Ground Global (EGG)
to deliver EGG’s patent pending Manifest Optimization Solutions (MOS) event management system to GGA clients. In addition, GGA and EGG will collaborate to build an
additional application, powered by MOS, to automate the pre-venue selection pricing, optimization and distribution processing of group meeting ground reservations.
